Where Did “White People” Come From? (5 Day mini-course) The purpose of the course is to provide a historical and legal foundation for understanding the roots of racial hierarchy in the United States.

This training dismantles structures that produced race-based implicit bias and assists the individual awareness of one’s investment in whiteness and a commitment to addressing racial bias. Weekly assignments engage recipients in the development process. In addition to a weekly assignment, each lesson includes journal or discussion questions to help facilitate reflection and engagement.
